The home buying experience can be stressful and overwhelming. There are many pieces of the puzzle that have to come together in order to keep everything running smooth. The first thing I recommend is taking your time shopping around for the best lender. This is the very first piece of the puzzle that has to be in place. It is best to find someone who is willing to communicate with you directly. Someone who will be there every step of the way.Unfortunately in the real estate business lenders get very busy and clients become a transaction. The worst thing that can happen is spending the time and energy working with a lender only to find out what they promised in the beginning they are not able to fulfill. Another very big problem is miscommunication this happens a lot when you are having to leave messages with the office personnel sometimes this can delay your paperwork getting turned and and or your closing date. Take your time, shop around and ask a lot of questions. Remember... The banks are essentially working for you!
